Are any deposits required?

All general reservations will be charged a non-refundable deposit of at least one night stay.

 

***Please note the payment policy for Major Holidays, below***

 

No deposit refunds will be issued if we are forced to close, either by order of our local government, or federal mandate. Instead, to honor our commitment to you, if requested in advance of your reservation date, we will apply all received deposits to a future visit during the 2025 camping season and must be within 12 months of the originally scheduled arrival date.

Memorial Day

July 4th

Labor Day

Columbus Day and the days immediately surrounding them.

All deposits and payments made for Major Holidays are non-refundable and all balances must be paid in full one month in advance of your stay. 

If your reservation is not paid in full or your deposit is not received, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation and re-book your site.

Yes, we enforce quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping noise to a minimum during these hours.

The speed limit throughout the campground is 5 MPH to ensure the safety of all guests, including children and pets. Please drive carefully and be mindful of pedestrians.

Yes, pets are welcome at Covered Bridge Campsite! We ask that they remain on a leash at all times and that you clean up after them to help maintain the cleanliness of our grounds.

Alcoholic beverages are allowed at your campsite; however, we ask that guests drink responsibly and be respectful of others. Public intoxication and disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

Campfires are allowed in designated fire rings only. To protect our local forest from pests, we ask that you refrain from bringing outside firewood. Firewood is available for purchase at the campground.

For the safety and comfort of all guests, fireworks are not permitted at any time on the campground.

In case of an emergency, please call 911. The nearest hospital is located in Liberty, NY, about 20 minutes away. For non-emergency assistance, please contact our campground office, and we’ll be happy to assist. Emergency contacts are also posted at the campground office and throughout the property.
